Code of Conduct

Expectations for coaches, players, parents, spectators, and organizations participating in the Travel Baseball Alliance.

Coaches

  • Model sportsmanship and professionalism.
  • Respect officials, opponents, players, and families.
  • Communicate responsibly with TBA directors.
  • Follow Alliance rules, schedules, and eligibility requirements.

Players

  • Respect teammates, coaches, umpires, and opponents.
  • Compete with effort and integrity.
  • No taunting, fighting, threats, or abusive language.
  • Represent your organization and TBA positively.

Parents & Spectators

  • Cheer positively and support all players.
  • Do not confront umpires, coaches, players, or opposing families.
  • No profanity, harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
  • Allow coaches to coach and officials to officiate.

Discipline

  • TBA may review conduct concerns involving coaches, players, parents, or spectators.
  • Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, removal from events, forfeits, or additional sanctions.
  • Serious incidents may be reviewed by the TBA Board.
  • Board determinations shall be final.

Zero Tolerance

Fighting, threats, harassment, discriminatory language, physical intimidation, or abuse toward officials, players, coaches, families, or TBA representatives may result in immediate removal and further disciplinary action.
